Chocolate, Coffee & Cards Challenge #3 - Sketch Challenge

It's time for Chocolate, Coffee & Cards Challenge #3, which is a sketch challenge this time, and sponsored by Digi Doodle Shop!

I've used a little gingerbread house digi stamp from Digi Doodle Shop, some Christmas ribbons, snowflake embossed card, some xmas papers from my stash, my own sentiment and some chunky gems!

As you can see, I picked out this digi before I reallised this challenge wouldnt go live until after Christmas 2011! So, it's my first Christmas craft for Christmas 2012 instead. I'm planning on working on my xmas cards throughout the year this year, so I'm not madly trying to make them all in December this time.

Chocolate, Coffee & Cards First Challenge - Celebrate!

This is the card I've made as one of the design team for the new Chocolate, Coffee & Cards Challenge Blog, sponsored by Bugaboo Digi Stamps this week! Bugaboo happen to be one of my favorite digi stamp companies - I dont even want to guess how much I've spent there!

I decided to make a gatefold card (fancy for me), using this Cown't Your Blessings Digi from Bugaboo! I've coloured with promarkers, and only used one pattern paper from my stash, along with some plain and textured green cardstock. I've used some punched butterflies, teeny black and green gems, chunky green gems, silver outline stickers, skinny black ribbon, silver glitter glue, my own sentiment and hand-drawn stitching.
I really liked having a longer project to spend time on over a few evenings - I'm going to have to get some more fancy fold cards to play with!

Blue Gorjuss Card

A first for me, this is quite a hefty sized card (compared to my usual 4 or 5 inches)!

A Gift Box for a Special Lady

This is a Christmas present I'm working on for a dear friend!

I've used a Woddland Folk stamp, lots of teeny gems, teeny pearls, purple glitter glue, green and grey papers, mulberry flowers!

The box is finished, but I'm going to fill it with some mini handmade cards and a bookmark etc!

Runaway Princess Card

This is my first huge 8 inch card creation! I was a little intimidated with all the space, and not sure I've got it right just yet :(

Special Nesting Boxes

These two nesting boxes are presents for special people! I've used plain set of three boxes (only two have been used thus far - the third one is reserved for another special lady), and decorated one for my boyfriend's Mum, and one for his sister (who loves sheeps)!

The first box is the smallest of the three, uses a sheep digi from Meljen's Designs, some capsule papers, a doily, lilac satin ribbon, punched butterfly, teeny pearls, mulberry flowers, pro markers, and lots of glitter glue! I'm going to fill this with chocolate closer to the time!

The second box uses a Penny Black stamp, some white lace, capsule collection papers, paper flowers, capsule collection button, mulberry roses, a doily, and glitter glue again!
